I am a computing support person at Stanford University in the departments of Mathematics and Statistics. I studied computer programming and electronics in college and have been a systems administrator of one sort or another for more than 18 years. I have programmed in Pascal, C/C++, Unix shell, RPG IV, PHPand Perl. I have written code used in telephone switching equipment and networking devices as well as for general purpose computing.
