The Mathematics Research Center (MRC) supports many of the research activities of the Department, including seminars and conferences, short and long term visitors, partial support for postdoctoral researchers, and outreach activities involving undergraduates and high school students. Each year the MRC supports in part the Department Colloquium, the Algebraic Geometry, Geometry, Number Theory, Topology, Symplectic Geometry, Probability, and Applied Mathematics seminars. We highlight some of the other recent activities of the MRC.

Academic Year 2010-2011
