I am interested in algebraic topology, algebraic geometry, and number
theory. I have worked on two projects concurrently while in graduate
school; my thesis studies cohomological obstructions to the existence of
sections of the map on étale fundamental groups induced from the
structure
map of a curve over a number field. My other project is in collaboration
with Ravi Vakil. We
have developed a fundamental group scheme.

Please see my
CV for a list of my teaching
experience. Additionally, here is the fall 2008 website for the linear
algebra and differential multivariable calculus course,
Math 51, that I was a
teaching assistant for in the fall of 2007.
