I’m not teaching this year, but you can find links to the webpages for old courses to the left. 

I taught Math 51 at Stanford several times, and I really enjoyed the mix of linear algebra and multivariable calculus in the course. One reason we combine these topics:

A new driver will quickly observe

It’s simpler to go straight than to swerve.

We make use of that

And use things that are flat

To study objects that curve.
