I’m a postdoc (wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter) at the Mathematical Institute of the University of Münster.  My research interests are Differential and Complex Geometry, Global Analysis, Teichmüller Theory, and Metric Geometry.

Previously, I was a  NSF Postdoctoral Fellow in math at Stanford.  I obtained my Ph.D. in 2009 under Jürgen Jost at the Mathematical Institute of the University of Leipzig and the Max Planck Institute for Mathematics in the Sciences in Leipzig.

Follow the links at the top for more information about me, or check out my CV.

When I’m not doing or teaching math, given the choice I’m spending time with my family, rock climbing, cycling, or hiking.
