Summer tea 2011<br><br>
 
Let's have tea once a week from 13th June to 16th September. The default day is Wednesday, but that can change if people prefer. The time is up to the tea maker(s). Everyone remotely connected to the maths department is welcome. If you would like to receive weekly reminders, email me. Or you can check the schedule below:<br><br>

Instructions<br>
1. Collect the donation box from last week's tea-makers. The easiest way to do so is to get it at the end of their tea.<br>
2. A day before your tea, send an email to the tea list announcing what time you have chosen. Enter the date and time in the date/time consideration column in the google spreadsheet.<br>
3. Make tea - about half as much food as a usual tea will do, and don't bother with the hot water or coffee containers.<br>
4. After the food is gone, clear up. Take out what you spent from the donation box and pass it onto the next tea maker.<br
